Before Market Day

Please remember to:

• Review your Vendor Packet

• Bring your tent, weights, tables, and displays

Arrival & Setup

Please enter through the baseball field entrance where a member of the Pour Intentions team will check you in and direct you to your assigned space.

After unloading, move your vehicle to vendor parking before completing setup.

For everyone's safety, no vehicles may enter the market area during market hours.

Vendor Expectations

To create the best experience for everyone, we ask vendors to:

• Be fully set up before opening

• Remain open until 1:00 PM

• Keep your booth clean and inviting

• Treat fellow vendors and guests with kindness and respect

• Support one another whenever possible

Weather Policy

Our markets are held rain or shine whenever conditions are safe.

If severe weather requires cancellation or postponement, vendors will be notified as early as possible by email and social media.
