Application Period: July 18, 2026 – September 1, 2026

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and you can expect a response within one week of submission.

Please Note

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • For our Fall markets, we will strive to accept only one vendor per category whenever possible. In select categories with high demand, we may approve up to two vendors if their products are sufficiently unique. To help us accurately review your application, please provide a detailed description of exactly what you sell and what makes your business different. We understand many businesses offer similar products, and detailed applications allow us to curate a market where every vendor has the opportunity to succeed.

  • This is an outdoor market. Please come prepared for Florida weather, including heat, rain, wind, humidity, insects, and other outdoor conditions. While we carefully monitor weather and do everything we can to provide a safe and enjoyable event, some factors are beyond our control. By participating, vendors acknowledge and accept the inherent conditions of an outdoor event.

  • Vendor spaces are offered on a first-approved, first-paid basis.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable once payment has been received. If Pour Intentions LLC cancels an event, payments may be transferred to a future market or approved rain date at the sole discretion of market management.

Market Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
