Request dates. Know your next step.
Your request, step by step.
1. Apply or return
Submit your business and product details through our Squarespace market request form. Returning vendors can identify their existing application using the same business name and email. New products require written host approval.
2. Request dates
Each date is reviewed separately and may be approved, waitlisted, or declined. A request does not reserve a spot.
3. Pay after approval
Only approved requests receive invoices. Payment verified by the hosts confirms the booking. Check your confirmation email and the market guide on this page before arriving.
Requests are submitted on our Squarespace website. Approval, waitlist, invoice, and payment updates are sent by email. Your booking is confirmed only after approval and payment. Contact the hosts for your individual status.

Your vendor handbook.
A short guide to showing up prepared and treating people well. Event schedules and venue-specific instructions stay in each market’s guide.
One profile. Approved products only.
Submit your complete product list once. Email the hosts to correct or update a submitted application. New products, category changes, and corrections require host approval. Only bring the products approved for your business.
Setup & assigned spots
At every market, setup begins two hours before opening and must be complete 20 minutes before opening. Vendor spots are always assigned by Pour Intentions.
Request the right space
Select one 10 × 10 spot, two 10 × 10 spots, or a food truck / trailer spot where available. Setups larger than 10 × 10 require two paid tent spots. Provide total truck or trailer dimensions. Contact Pour Intentions if you need more space.
Your tent, weights & safe setup
Tent vendors must bring their own 10 × 10 tent with at least 20 lb of weights securely attached to every leg, plus tables, displays, and equipment. Follow any higher venue or host requirements. Vendor spots are always assigned by Pour Intentions. Keep walkways and access routes clear. Check your event guide for setup times, parking, and utilities.
Kindness & respect are required
Be kind and respectful to vendors, guests, hosts, volunteers, and venue staff. Rude, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior is not tolerated. Violations may result in removal without a refund and refusal of future participation.
Your business & belongings
Pour Intentions organizes the market. Vendors are responsible for their products, tents, equipment, personal belongings, and business operations. Pour Intentions and the hosts are not responsible for vendor property. Vendors must meet the permits, insurance, and other requirements applicable to their business and venue.
Approval, fees, cancellations & weather
Each date is reviewed individually. Joining or applying does not reserve a spot. Only approved vendors receive invoices, and payment confirms the booking. All vendor fees are non-refundable, including personal cancellations. If Pour Intentions cancels or moves a market due to rain, your fee is applied to the next market.

Florida & local requirements · reviewed October 23, 2026
Food & business compliance.
Every vendor must meet the requirements for their business and event location, or establish a lawful exemption. Send requested current documents or exemption details to pourwithintentions@gmail.com before approval. Market acceptance is not a government permit or compliance certification.
Food trucks, trailers & prepared-food vendors
Confirm whether DBPR, FDACS, or DOH regulates your operation and maintain the correct current license or permit. Follow your approved menu, food-source, and commissary requirements. Provide safe temperatures, food protection, handwashing, potable water, and wastewater handling appropriate to your operation. Do not use a cottage-food exemption to prepare or serve food outside that exemption.
Send your license or permit details to the hosts before approval and keep required records available on site.

Florida cottage food vendors
The exemption applies only to qualifying low-risk foods and operations. FDACS lists a $250,000 annual gross-sales limit; qualifying operators do not need an FDACS food permit. Sell directly to consumers, not wholesale. Products and tasting samples must be prepackaged.
Labels must contain the business name and address, product name, ingredients by weight, net quantity, allergens, and the required cottage-food statement in contrasting type at least 10 points. Nutritional claims require applicable nutrition information. Send your product list and a sample label to the hosts before approval. Ask FDACS about uncertain products.
Required statement: “Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.”

All vendors: business licenses, tax & lawful exemptions
Verify applicable state registrations, professional or product licenses, business tax receipts, sales-tax registration, collection and filing, and lawful exemptions for your business. A food-permit exemption does not remove applicable tax responsibilities. Keep records current and available for review. Confirm your specific situation with the relevant agencies; other counties and incorporated cities may have different requirements.

Venue, cooking, generators, propane & tent safety
Follow venue and local fire-safety requirements. Tell Pour Intentions about cooking, propane, generators, or special equipment before arrival. Vendors must meet applicable permit and safety requirements, including at least 20 lb of weight on each tent leg.
State and county links and summaries are provided as general reference only, not legal, tax, or food-safety advice. Requirements may change and vary by location, business, and event. External resources are maintained by their respective agencies; Pour Intentions does not create or control them and does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or currency. Each vendor is responsible for verifying current requirements directly with the relevant agencies and maintaining their own compliance. Market acceptance is not government approval or authorization.
The hosts review required documents or exemption details before approval.
